WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This interactive workshop is designed for 5th graders who will be participating in the middle school admissions process.
After this workshop, students will feel confident and prepared for interviews, school visits and tours so they can relax, enjoy the process and shine!
We will learn and practice these social skills:
How to introduce yourself
Shaking hands
Posture
Eye contact
Asking good questions
Speaking with a confident voice
The Fab Four
Creating engaging and polite conversation
Sample interview questions practice
and more!
Two workshop dates are available: Choose either Sunday, August 28th or Sunday, September 18th. We will meet from 2 p.m until 5 p.m. at the Church on Main in the Southside.
